The Lane
Don’t forget to check out The Lane, where you can enjoy a wide array of delectable dishes and creative cocktails. With a cool and contemporary setting, it’s the ideal spot to start or end your celebration.
Cocktail Classes
We host cocktail making classes at The Lane with our resident mixologist. Come and join us, to literally shake things up, and have a nice little cocktail for your trouble. You will learn some cocktail classics which will no doubt come in handy someday!
The class is 1.5 hours, with the minimum number of 12 people and maximum of 25 and is priced at €35.00 per person.
Local Gin Experience
We also. host gin tasting classes at Polly’s, using the most locally sourced gin, as close as possible to our doors. Should you not be a lover of our local gins, fear not, we have a selection of over sixty gins from all around the world with a variety of refreshing tonics and tasty garnishes to choose from. Our gin experience must be booked in advance so please do call.
The maximum is 8 persons and this is priced at €30.00 per person.
