The Cellar Restaurant is a romantic candle lit venue in The Ross that is unique and innovative in its design – it features a stainless steel and glass curved staircase, which complements the Missoni-esque string drapes and vaulted ceilings, leading to a dramatic setting.
From our Continental breakfasts with homemade muffins, chocolate banana bread, Kate’s granola and pastries to French toast and the renowned Full Irish, you will be ready for action for the day ahead.
In the evening, the mood changes, the lights are dimmed, the music steps up a notch and the buzz of evening service begins to the sound of popping corks and glasses tinkling creating a special atmosphere as you eat with us.
From our wood-fired flat-breads and aranchini delights to begin with followed by succulent surf n’ turf and fish specials to follow, Head Chef Ian McMonagle packs every mouthful with local flavours.
We’ve also got a range of natural and biodynamic wines so good you’ll wanna work your way through the entire menu.
