This is a soft mould ripened cow’s pasteurised milk
cheese from the heart of Co. Tipperary made by the
Maher family from a herd of cows on their farm.
The cheese issimilar to a French Camembert.
and white rind, the flavours are creamy with lots
of mushroom and nutty aftertastes.
It is produced in Schull, West Cork.
Cratloe Hills Sheep’s Cheese
The cheese is produced from pasteurised milk from
their own flock which graze on green pastureland on
the Cratloe Hills in Co. Clare. It is a natural
product manufactured in a traditional way with no
additives or flavours.
The product is 100% sheep's milk using a vegetarian
rennet, starter & salt.
This mild cheese has a nutty flavour and is semi hard.
Boilie pasteurised goat’s cheese is made in the
traditional way without any rind. The product is
now made in Fivemiletown in Co. Fermanagh with the
milk sourced locally in counties Fermanagh, Tyrone
& Cavan. The mild tasting cheese is due to the
goats being farmed on grass only.
Wicklow Farmhouse Cheese is made by John
Hempenstall in Arklow. It is a delicate
and hand - crafted blue brie cheese, from the rich creamy
