One of Killarney’s popular hot spots came alive last Friday 3rd June, as The Ross’s ‘First Friday Feast’ was held in The Lane Café Bar. Rays of sunshine continued into the evening which added to the atmosphere of a popular evening BBQ. Those who attended enjoyed a superb full BBQ menu and guests sipped Mojito Cocktails as they enjoyed the welcoming summer sun.

For the occasion Head Chef, Ian MacMonagle, and his team offered a superb range of gourmet burgers, chicken & bacon kebabs, sticky chicken drumsticks, skewered prawns and lots of summer salads and all at just €15.00. The resident DJ played on into the night as The Lane Café Bar proved itself, once again, the embodiment of hip and live.

Watch out for the next First Friday Feast on 1st July. If you missed out, you still have the chance to come on down to The Lane, and get into the summer groove.

These include their Sunday Service on the second Sunday of every month and of course for those of you who really want to take part, dress up and get into the groove with their 80’s Nights on the third Friday of every month…not forgetting their Facebook Fridays.

Monday 16th May, promises to be a lively event with a Service Industry Night (SIN Night), hosted by the Edward Dillon Mixology Team (drinks company). Edward Dillon will be making this a fun and educational night for all. Learn about the new progression in drink sales while enjoying lots of free cocktails, canapés and a mouth watering BBQ. The night is open to all!

Bring your friends and colleagues along, and soak up the delights of a fun and fuss free night. In addition, there will be great prizes to be won and of course their Resident DJ will be spinning the decks.

With The Ross’s exceptional interior design and intimate setting, the lower area of the bar, will be exclusively reserved for your party.
